One Gas BI Supervisor in Tulsa, Oklahoma
Supervises and directs employees in the planning and delivery of software development lifecycle for business intelligence solutions, including data modeling, sql development, unit testing, deployment, and maintenance activities in the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack.
Supervise and/or direct employees performing IT related activities.
Oversee team defining tactical activities and processes to lead business intelligence development. Provide input into long-term enterprise reporting and analytical strategies as defined by IT Leadership.
Work directly with vendor representatives to ensure proper support and response for areas of responsibility.
Collaborate with other leadership to ensure the enterprise reporting and analysis solutions are developed and available to meet the requirements for projects or overall strategic direction.
Provide detailed status of support activities or problem management to impacted parties.
Ensure technical resources are knowledgeable about expected service levels for services relying on technology supported by their areas. Assist with definition and implementation of service level metrics.
Assist with defining or updating of new IT policies and procedures.
Provide detailed information about resources or technology maintenance contracts in support of financial forecasting.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics, other related field or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience:
Demonstrated ability to direct the activities of a department, including planning, budgeting, personnel development and other administrative functions.
Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize and negotiate application support and project requirements with process owners and key business segment leadership.
Experience managing small to medium hardware or software implementation projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage integrated solutions that support multiple business functions including understanding of business processes inside the functions and related technology that supports those processes.
Demonstrated ability guiding the business towards strategic IT solutions, ensuring business leadership has a clear understanding of the cost/benefit of the solution.
Experience managing all aspects of the system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, RFP development, software evaluations, project methodologies, testing and deployment.
Application of math, algebra, and statistical methods.
Experience in use and function of office equipment including computers and applicable software.
Training and experience relative to the following areas:
Interpersonal communication skills
Hardware (end user computing, network, voice, server) management
Tracking and escalation of issues/problems
Experience with infrastructure technologies and experience communicating impacts resulting from development activities.
Experience interacting, advising and communicating effectively with subordinates, peers and all levels of management.
Experience developing information, conducting meetings and making presentations.
Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.
