One Gas Fleet Analyst in Tulsa, Oklahoma
Supports the enhancement of Fleet Management data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Provide analysis and research for the Fleet department, including but not limited to:
Vehicle replacement schedules
Preventative maintenance monitoring
Asset meter reading and inspection reporting
Create, organize, and deliver ad-hoc reports in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.
Act as a liaison between Fleet and other departments for data collection and reporting.
Assist with and lead other projects as needed.
Clean, examine, and validate data to ensure data integrity. Identify and facilitate resolutions to any data errors.
Assist with the development of methods to capture and analyze data.
Train and assist employees in being able to identify and analyze root causes of process problems.
Provide information and assistance to Fleet management and other stakeholders, in order to identify and prioritize business process issues, implement process changes, and develop procedures to ensure continued improvement.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, OR equivalent experience to include a combination of formal education, PLUS the following job related experience:
Experience researching, composing, and preparing reports, procedures, and documentation.
Working knowledge and/or training related to:
Change management techniques
Microcomputer software applications (such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Company organizational structure
Company system knowledge of Maximo, Concur, Voyager
Demonstrated ability to analyze, identify, and/or resolve problems with systems, processes, or procedures.
Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively.
Experience developing information and conducting formal presentations to groups and individuals.
Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.
Minimum Applicable driver's license. Requires travel to offices and job sites throughout system.
Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings.
Ability to communicate and/or exchange information verbally; conduct oral presentations.
