Responsible for Current and Target State Technical Integration Reference Architecture. Design and Lead implementation of the integration architecture across the IT estate, including On-Premise to On-Premise, On-Premise to Cloud, and Cloud to Cloud architectures.
Define the Integration principles, guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.
Provide guidance on Integration Design Approach on projects, determining best fit for ESB, web services, APIs , Event-Based, and Services Orchestration solutions, and ensure that project implementation is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture.
Evaluate current state integration environment to identify deficiencies or misalignment with the overall enterprise architecture and recommend solutions for improvement
Apply advanced knowledge designing and overseeing complex solutions for multiple disciplines across the enterprise involving infrastructure, databases and applications to ensure technology objectives are in alignment with ONE Gas business strategy and goals.
Establish and evangelize enterprise application, data and business process architecture guidelines and best practices. Mentor and guide senior IT staff to follow and implement software solutions that adhere to the guidelines and best practices.
Analyze large and/or complex project requests from business stakeholders to evaluate and recommend solution options (enhance existing application vs. build vs. buy) to integrate within the ONE Gas application estate, align with the ONE Gas IT Enterprise Architecture, be cost efficient and provide maximum business value.
Stay informed of new technologies, IT service offerings, and industry trends. Evaluate application of new technologies to ONE Gas system estate, identify pros/cons, determine potential business impact and recommend technologies for adoption.
Responsible for creating application roadmap documents, architectural documents, process documents, standards documents and governance documents.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders and drive alignment with business and technology goals.
Communicate highly complex technology in laymen terms.
Develop, prioritize and recommend projects within the overall IT investment strategy.
Serve as a Senior Project Manager that compiles enterprise solutions to ensure the finished product aligns with the requirements.
Drive solutions for results while providing frequent status on deliverables, financials,
and overall health of the project.
Consult directly with application and business teams on the most complex issues or new
initiatives requiring new technologies.
Lead and participate in projects across the enterprise.

Preferred Bachelor's Degree MIS, computer science, mathematics, other related field
Experience in all Information Technology domains with expert level knowledge in multiple domains.
Knowledge of ONE Gas day-to-day business operations and clear understanding of ONE Gas business strategy and goals.
Knowledge of current application languages, infrastructure systems, tools and frameworks in order to be able to effectively understand and design complex systems.
Knowledge of ONE Gas enterprise systems, including technical architecture, enterprise data objects (source of record), software capabilities and business functions supported.
Experience with application of arithmetic and computer math
Experience and training relative to:
Operating systems software
Business Process Modeling
System/Software Development Lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to identify, research and analyze systems software problems and perform systems evaluations.
Demonstrated ability to research, prepare and compose systems operating procedures and documentation, reports and correspondence
Communicate and/or exchange information or instructions; conduct oral presentations and/or meetings.
Visual abilities sufficient to perform job duties.
