One Gas Regulatory Compliance Analyst in Tulsa, Oklahoma
Plan, develop and facilitate company operational assessments of the design and implementation effectiveness of programs to address company policies, procedures, standards, general industry practices and operational objectives.
Lead and assist in the development and execution of programs and facility assessments through a comprehensive protocol of assessment questions and verification points developed from company programs, standards and external (Federal, State, Local) regulations.
Maintain ongoing communication with Operations' management of objectives, status and findings during all phases of assessments.
Lead field work on all assigned assessments utilizing applicable protocols, documenting work papers and other assessment tools completely and accurately.
Review assessment findings to confirm factual representation and documentation including complete and accurate descriptions.
Identify, engage and collaborate with appropriate operations management and/or support staff to develop solutions to address findings.
Design, prepare and present reports and presentations to effectively convey complete and accurate assessment results.
Monitor and report on the implementation progress for solutions designed to address assessment findings.
Interact with all appropriate levels of the organization to confirm that identified operational goals and objectives related to assessments are met.
Lead the selection and management of assessment teams with appropriate experience and skill levels required for each asset or program to be assessed.
Coordinate work activities of assessment team members in order to facilitate access to personnel, facilities, and documentation required to effectively complete assessments.
Lead opening and closing meetings with assessed program and/or facility employees and management to convey assessment objectives, results and status.
Conduct assessment and personnel performance and feedback evaluations.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Preferred Bachelor's Degree engineering, business, ESH, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience:
Experience and working knowledge of:
Natural gas and natural gas distribution operations
Operations and Maintenance programs
Crisis, risk and process safety management
DOT/PHMSA, OSHA and EPA rules and regulations
Regulatory compliance auditing and process improvement techniques
Experience composing, compiling, and preparing reports, policies, procedures and correspondence applicable to position.
Demonstrated ability in planning and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience with internal assessment processes, generally accepted operating principles and assessment standards as promulgated by standards organizations.
Experience with application of algebra and statistical methods.
Experience in use and function of office equipment such as personal computers and related software.
Experience in reading and interpreting assessment results, operational information and reports, governmental regulations, policies and procedures, publications, manuals, assessment standards, contracts, and correspondence.
Experience conducting assessment interviews, and interacting, advising, negotiating, and communicating effectively with business experts.
Minimum Applicable Driver's License.
Mobility to travel in and round office surroundings and to other work locations.
Driving, sitting, standing, and walking.
Introduced to loud noise, heat, cold, adverse weather conditions.
Will be expected to lift 75 pounds and assist others with lifts of up to 100 pounds.
Communicate and/or exchange information in writing and verbally; conduct oral presentations.
Visual abilities sufficient to perform job duties.
