One Gas Sr. Systems Analyst in Tulsa, Oklahoma
What does a successful candidate look like?
5+ Years of experience working in Information Technology in a corporate setting.
Demonstrated ability managing Data Backup and Recovery utilizing Commvault or other data protection technologies.
Demonstrated ability in managing Data Storage hardware and software technologies. Experience with Pure Storage preferred.
Experience in Server Administration, Operating System Administration or VMware.
Knowledge of scripting languages (shell, PERL, Python) and automation techniques a definite plus.
Great communication skills, ability to build relationships, and work across multiple areas.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Leads and coordinates multiple problem management issues and configuration management of systems related to infrastructure and dependent systems/applications.
Leads complex problems and serves as escalation point for incidents or problems that require a high degree of complexity.
Reviews root cause analysis that has been performed at Tier II level to validate appropriate measures have been implemented to prevent future occurrences.
Lead the support and configuration activities for complex technologies.
Analyze and document the advanced architecture and configuration of infrastructure and applications.
Provide configuration and engineering for new technologies supporting critical business functions.
Serves as a Project Manager to drive results in the required initiative and provides frequent status from deliverables, financial and overall health of the project.
Develop and create tasks to be implemented by Tier I and Tire II personnel. Serves as advisor and reviewer of complex changes.
Mentor Tier II staff during problem resolution and root case analysis to increase efficiency and knowledge of Tier II personnel.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree MIS, computer science, mathematics, other related field
Experience with current data networking and/or server technologies. Demonstrated ability to understand and support the following:
Desktop/laptop hardware, operating system and Office suite
Windows server and/or Unix operating systems
Shared storage technologies
Event monitoring, logging, and data collection techniques
Experience with the application of math, algebra and statistical and volumetric methods.
Experience and training relative to:
Operating systems software
System/Software Development Lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to identify, research and analyze systems software problems and perform systems evaluations.
Demonstrated ability to research, prepare, and compose systems operating procedures and documentation, reports and correspondence.
Demonstrated ability to interact, advise, guide, train and communicate effectively.
Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.
Able to use office tools and equipment required.
Communicate and/or exchange information or instructions; conduct oral presentations and/or meetings.
Visual ability sufficient to perform job duties.
