One Gas Strategic Planning Rep. in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Position Description:

Identify, prioritize and develop new opportunities to increase revenue and ensure the sustainability of our business, while focusing on strategies including, but not limited to compressed natural gas, combined heat and power, renewable natural gas, economic development or other identified programs.

Research, develop, analyze and evaluate strategic initiatives aimed at increasing gas load, addressing competitive threats, promoting natural gas use and determining unique value-added services.

Creation and review of Opportunity Briefs

Assist in Horizon strategy and planning

Business case creation

Continued development of and networking with internal and external economic development and industry contacts. This may include attendance at industry conferences and workshops as deemed necessary.

Development of step-by-step strategic plans to expand existing initiatives

Develop strategies to roll out new programs and company offerings to appropriate internal stakeholders.

Participate in continued and on-going review of rolled out strategies, to confirm performance metrics and develop adjustments necessary to meet corporate goals and expectations.

Assist in researching information for annual preparation of a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis.

Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Business, communications, engineering, finance, or related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education plus experience in following areas:

Thorough knowledge of operating and strategic planning policies and procedures.

Application of basic math.

Experience in use and function of office equipment including computers and applicable software.

Demonstrated ability and/or training related to public speaking and interpersonal communication skills and development programs.

Demonstrated ability in researching and preparing reports, and correspondence.

Demonstrated ability in developing information and making presentations.

Demonstrated ability in reviewing and interpreting journals, publications, governmental regulations, pending legislation, and correspondence.

Demonstrated ability in interacting, negotiating, advising, and communicating effectively internally and externally.

Demonstrated ability in representing company in contacts with public officials and potential customers and trade allies.

Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze potential new opportunities and develop and present marketing strategies to internal stakeholders and leadership as well as end users.

Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.

Applicable driver's license. Requires travel to other company locations, and to outside meetings with customers and others.

Mobility to travel in and around office facilities as well as customer locations.

Communicate and/or exchange information; conduct oral presentations.

Sufficient to perform job duties.
