ONE Gas, a premier natural gas distribution company with its corporate offices in Tulsa, OK, is looking for an intern to join our Human Resources team. ONE Gas is looking for students who excel in the classroom, have a strong work ethic and character, and are skilled in communication and interpersonal skills. What You Will Do

An Inclusion and Diversity internship at ONE Gas includes challenging project assignments along with opportunities to network with HR professionals, leadership, and I&D Champions across the organization. Our internships are project-focused and include on-the-job assignments, job shadowing, and presentations. Interns will work on multidisciplinary teams, be encouraged to create process innovation, leverage new technology solutions, and be part of dynamic work assignments that will meaningfully contribute to the ONE Gas strategy. Our interns will develop skills and values essential to implementing inclusive strategies within an organization while learning to be a successful HR professional.

Work assignments are anticipated to be located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a hybrid schedule.

Position Requirements:

What You Will Need

Prefer students who are projected to graduate in December 2024 or May 2025 with a degree in Business Administration or Management with a focus in Human Resources but may consider other applicable majors.

Prefer students to have a GPA of above 2.9 as well as involvement in extracurricular and community support activities, particularly those demonstrating leadership. Prior work experience (internships, summer or part-time work while attending school, etc.) is also preferred.

Timeline

Applications for our summer internship program open in August. We are recruiting interns beginning in September. Interviews follow campus career fairs. Offers are typically extended to students by the end of October or early November.

Compensation : All ONE Gas internship positions are paid. We offer a fair and competitive pay rate.
