Provide information and/or guidance to outside visitors, managers, customers, regulatory agency personnel, vendors, employees, and others concerning but not limited to:
Proper application of confidential or sensitive information
Company policies and procedures
Plan, direct and/or coordinate company-sponsored civic, community, employee activities or programs.
Answer telephone, refer calls and/or record messages. Verify, approve and/or disseminate requests for information, invoices, and correspondence.
Maintain logs; verify and/or prepare information related to:
Lost time and vacations
Invoices and expenses
Departmental and special projects
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.
Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.Provides an advanced level of administrative support related to various departments and functions.Compile, compose, prepare, verify and/or process information including but not limited to:
Minimum Associate's Degree
Experience providing administrative and/or secretarial support.
Demonstrated ability in use and function of office equipment applicable to position including computers, photocopiers, facsimiles, and applicable software.
Working knowledge of company's policies, procedures, and use of terminology applicable to position.
Working knowledge and training related to:
Word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Maintain physical and/or electronic filing systems
Handling confidential and/or sensitive information
Planning conferences and meetings
Generally accepted standards for grammar and punctuation
Working knowledge of various types of manuals, forms, publications and reports.
Experience interacting and communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
Experience composing and preparing correspondence and reports.
Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.Able to operate office tools and equipment required.Communicate and/or exchange verbal and written information or instructions.Visual ability sufficient to perform job duties.
